HY series injection molding machine of our factory can be divided into three series.
The first kind is vertical 4 tie bars introversive oblique arrangement five-pivot double toggle clamping unit. Its advantages are bigger power amplificatory multiple; good self-locking property, stable and reliable mould clamping, convenient maintenance.
The second kind is vertical 4 tie bars direct clamping, proportional pressure; flow control. Its advantages are high pressure, quick speed. Because low mold is fixed and up mold is movable, it is benefit for inserts to exist in good location and it is not necessary to worry displace of inserts.
The third kind is vertical 4 tie bars eversion oblique arrangement five-pivot double toggles series. It is medium sized vertical injection molding machine promoted by our factory. Its features are as furrows: the mould clamping force is set at middle; the template is not easy to deform; the power amplificatory multiple is big; the pressure of mold is uniform. Because the eversion double toggles relays on the principle of outward infinite extent, therefore the opening stroke is increased, the height of complete machine is decreased and the solidity and stability of machine is improved too.
The injection part of HY series injection molding machine chooses and uses torque preplasticizing motor, four guide pillars location, double-cylinder balance injection, multi-section temperature; injection speed, pressure adjustment; the injection stroke is controlled by high precision electronic rule. It is suitable for various precision injection molding.
Control part uses computer dynamic display; voice prompt; molding process parameters memory, self-test diagnostics, letter and voice prompt for trouble state.
Hydraulic part uses pressure and flow proportion and makes pressure and speed get multi-level control and stable operation.
Moreover HY series injection molding machine is equipped with safety door; machinery and electric safety appliance, the operation is simple and safety.
